i have issue with twilio + django
hello , i have issue with twilio and django as i have set up everything and its paid account , but the problem is when 24 hours passed the users in my system dont recieve an notifications to their whatsapp , until they send the whatsapp a message , but it should be sending a notifications always when theres an updates on the CRM , anyone experince this issue ? as im sure i set up everything correct

then re-create templates and make sure with the format text to be auto detected as utility category , because the marketing category it comes like 24 hours only and then needs an otp again ,
yeah i have set up the templates well and its approved and im using <sid templaates to send the notifications, its on marketing category
if you are sure you set everything could you share if you have approved templates set it up well with whatsapp meda ? and what is the category as well ?
